Estate Planning

Luke Kuepfer • April 4, 2022

Several years ago my wife and I were made aware of the fact that we needed a Living Will (When you're younger you simply don't think about these things but now that I've hit 50 the reality of mortality begins to stare me more in the face).

Amy and I put together a living will and thought we had all our bases covered. Recently we found out about something even better…something that will potentially save us tens of thousands of dollars in the long run and make it much easier on our kids after we're gone.

Recently I connected with a Christian friend—Steven Fine--who has spent many years educating folks about the need and importance of making personal plans to replace what the State will provide.

Steven Fine begins the process and the company he has represented for over a decade provides the services that are needed for the rest of our lifetimes.

Setting up your own estate plan for your family 'privatizes' your affairs and assures that you maintain control over what is yours. Sadly, too many people are unaware or ignore this important matter and an illness, accident or death now becomes a legal and financial problem. The economic advantages of creating a proper estate plan are many. While costing a little more now, (around $3000—one-time price includes annual changes/updating for the rest of your lives), the avoidance of probate can be a savings of tens of thousands of your hard-earned dollars.

Steven can be reached at 608-225-7314 for text and phone, or by email at Steven@EstatePlanForWi.com. You may consider viewing a short series of educational videos Steve produced by going to: https://go.livingreal.net/edu or scheduling a 15 minutes virtual appointment by clicking here
